At Urbanglide.nu, all prices shown include Norwegian VAT (moms) in accordance with current regulations.
Since we sell to customers in Norway, VAT must be charged on all purchases. The final price you see at checkout is the total price you will pay, with no hidden fees.
1. Orders
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all details.
If you are under 18, the purchase must be approved by a parent or legal guardian.
You may not place an order on behalf of another person without their consent. Any fraudulent activity or attempt to cause financial harm to Urbanglide.nu will be reported to the authorities.

5. Payment & Delivery

Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Most deliveries arrive within 3–7 business days in Norway. For EU deliveries, it may take 5–10 business days.
During peak seasons, delivery may take longer. Estimated delivery times are displayed on each product page.

6. Complaints & Returns
Complaints
If a product does not meet your expectations, you may submit a complaint.
Under Norwegian law, you have a 2-year warranty (5 years for products expected to last longer). Please notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the defect.
How Complaints Are Handled
If your item arrives damaged, send us photos of the product and packaging.
Depending on the case, we may offer a replacement, repair, discount, or refund.
Once approved, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Right of Withdrawal & Returns
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven).
Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.
How to Return a Product

You will receive detailed return instructions.
Once the item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund.
Uncollected Orders
If you fail to collect your order, a handling fee of 250 NOK will be charged to cover return and processing costs.
7. Damaged Orders in Transit
If you notice damage upon delivery, contact us immediately with photos and a description of the issue.
Depending on the situation, we may provide a replacement, spare parts, or a refund.
