Important Information – Cancellations & Returns

Under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven), you have the right to cancel your purchase and return unused, fault-free items within 14 days from the day after you receive your order.
Please note: you are responsible for the cost of return postage.

Uncollected Orders

If you do not collect your order from the delivery point, the right to cancel does not apply.
In such cases, an administrative and handling fee of 250 NOK will be deducted from your refund to cover return and processing costs.
